----------------------------------------------------------1. Parties & AgreementThis agreement is between Valkra (“Artist”) and the Client requesting a commission (“Client”). By requesting a commission and making payment, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.2. Payment- Payment is 50% upfront before the sketch, and the remaining 50% after the artwork is finished (before delivery).
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Dana, ShopeePay, SeaBank.
- Commission work will only begin once the initial payment is received.3. Revisions / Sketches- Every client will receive a sketch to review before the final artwork is completed.
- Major changes can only be made at the sketch stage. After approval, only minor adjustments (color tweaks, small details) will be accepted.
- Additional major revisions after the sketch approval may incur extra fees.4. Timeline / Delivery- The estimated completion time is up to 14 days after payment and receiving references.
- If extra time is needed, Valkra will notify the Client.
- Rush deadlines must be discussed before commissioning and may include additional fees.5. Client Responsibilities- The Client must provide clear references or descriptions of the requested artwork (pose, colors, character design, etc.).
- The Client must respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.6. Rights & Usage- Valkra retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
- The Client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. reselling, merchandise, NFTs, etc.).
- When posting the artwork online, the Client must credit Valkra as the artist.7. Artist Portfolio & Posting- Valkra may post the artwork on social media or portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise beforehand.
- If the Client wishes the commission to remain private, this must be stated before work begins (additional fees may apply).8. Refunds & Cancellation- Full refund if Valkra has not started the sketch.
- No full refund once the sketch has been delivered.
- Partial refund may be possible depending on the stage of completion.
- If Valkra cannot complete the artwork for any reason, a full refund will be issued.9. Content Restrictions Valkra will not draw:- Furry
- Animals
- NSFW
- Slight NSFW
- Muscular characters
- Robots / Mecha10. Chargebacks & Disputes-The Client agrees not to file chargebacks without communication.
